About MHA Properties

MHA Properties is a privately owned group of companies specializing in property management and development, headquartered in Edmonton, Canada.

Our group has been active in real estate for over 60 years, with current developments and properties in Edmonton, Calgary, Red Deer, Vancouver, Phoenix, and San Diego. We pioneered condominium ownership in Canada by developing the first strata titled condominium property in the country: Brentwood Village in Edmonton, AB was registered on December 20, 1967. More recently we constructed Meridian Plaza, a condo tower in downtown Edmonton, in 2010.

Whether it’s a high-rise in a central neighborhood, or a garden style townhouse in the suburbs, we take pride in our properties. Community managers, leasing professionals, and maintenance staff realize the importance of establishing positive relationships with our residents. We strive to provide great apartments and like to remind our residents, this is home.

Community Support

The Robin Hood Foundation provides services for individuals with disabilities in the Edmonton area, with the goal of providing a quality lifestyle for everyone in their care. MHA Properties has proudly supported the Robin Hood Foundation for years, and we look forward to continue supporting the foundation for many years to come.
